Good afternoon, thank you for the 7 day diet plan. Here are my really exciting results after my 1st week. (Note: I have also been exercising once a day for at least an hour total each day)

I measured and weighed the day I started (last Friday) and here is what it looks like:

Last Friday: Weight 132 lbs                           Today: Weight 119 lbs            Total of 13 lbs in 1 week!!!!!

Then Waist: 30”                                               Now Waist:     28”

Then Hips: 37”                                                 Now Hips:       35”


Just thought i would share so that you know what a blessing this diet is for me. I am quite a carb addicted eater, so this has been quite a shock to my system to resist what i normally give into! My height is 5ft1 so my goal is to get around 116lbs and to feel healthy and to be able to make better choices on my eating in the future! J I feel sure i should be able to reach that goal with this program ~ Thanks for your encouragement!

 I battled my weight for over 8 years before I heard about the 7 Day System. During this time I tried every kind of diet you can imagine. Some diets worked a bit, others didn't work at all, but in the end I always gained back what I had lost. I am soooo glad I found you! I never knew planning and eating the many choices of meals could be fun. Easter weekend I was at 271 Lbs. After starting your plan, I am now at 259 Lbs within 7 days. I know I shouldn’t get too excited yet, because the day of the Plateau will come and lower or dampen my spirits. But until that time, I will enjoy losing the Lbs. Until now, eating was very boring for me. I was eating all the wrong foods to rid myself of boredom and that was part of my problem for gaining weight.

NOTE: I have not increased my calorie intake while introducing weight training back into my program. My weight loss has slowed down some because of weight training, but I’m getting into clothes I have not worn in 4 to 5 years and people are taking notice wanting to know my secret.

Last year on my annual doctor's visit I encountered some bad news: I was at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The doctor calculated my BMI and stated that I was obese. He basically told me that I had to lose a significant amount of weight and there was no time to just sit around. So I hit the internet to do some research and developed my own weight loss program. I started exercising rigorously for 1 hour each and every day. This is quite a lot of activity for someone my size. After two months my hard work amounted to a total weight loss of 5 lbs. My wife kept reassuring me that I was doing a good job, reiterating that muscle weighs more than fat, but I just wasn't happy with my results.

At the 2 month mark I had decided to try 7 Day System, a weight loss plan I encountered in my initial research. While using the plan I continued to exercise and the results just took off. I went from losing a ½ lb per week to losing a whopping 8-12 lbs per week. In total I have lost 42 lbs. With some room left for improvement. I'm not saying that you will lose as much weight as I did with the 7 Day System, but if you're dedicated to losing weight this plan will definitely make it a whole lot easier.

I wanted to thank you program so much. I have lost 15 pounds. I have to tell you when I first started I skeptical for several reasons. First I, like everyone else had tried every single imaginable diet and NONE worked. I am sure you have heard this story so many times. Plus I could tell every time I went off of one of the FAD diets my body paid for it. I felt tired and unhealthy. When I first tried your program I thought half a stone a week, please, this is so slow because the FAD diets always promise (and sometimes deliver) fast weight loss. But of course you put it right back on. I started your program and I did well for a 2 weeks, then I went back to my old habits for 2 weeks. Finally, starting to see the weight coming on again, I went right back on it. And, I have been on it for about 12 weeks now. I used the chart religiously I crossed out something every time I ate. I carried it in my purse so I wouldn't forget. And, it started working. I feel so good. I still have about 10 pounds to go, but I know I can do it, just as long as I stick to the program. I think the key for me was snacking. I had a yogurt every afternoon just before my hunger urge kicked in. My weakness was dinner time, when I got home from work. So by eating something before this curtailed the hunger. I also had a piece of low fat string cheese and nuts to offset any hunger. I loved your program. Hello, I bought your diet plan last Thursday Started my diet on Friday and finished it yesterday. I weighed this morning and I lost 12 lbs in 7 days. It has been some time since I was in touch with you -

Since I last wrote to you, I have lost 3 stone. I feel so much better and have received several compliments. This meal plan is excellent and the food is very good and sensible. Because it's so simple, it's easy to follow. At times I am invited out or go to a restaurant - I try to be careful. The next day I start over again and repeat the 7 days with a little break or a treat in between. My meals are ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I drink lots of water with a little lemon juice. I've been on the diet for just over 2 weeks now and I've lost 21 lbs so far. During my first 4 days, I lost 9 lbs.
